Gareth Preston

Freelance Personal Trainer

I first heard about Old Hall in 2009 when my mum taught Donna how to ride a motorbike and soon after started working on the Lounge Bar. In early 2012 I moved up to the gym on my return from coaching football in south Africa. More recently I have started working alongside Donna in memberships as well as qualifying as a personal trainer, So you will find me all over the place.

I have always enjoyed keeping fit and taking part in team and individual sport and my personal passion is athletics where at a young age I represented Great Britain as a sprinter. During my athletics career I used many different training methods and gained valuable experience in Plyometric and SAQ training specifically. You may occasionally see me running outside like a wolly with a parachute on my back.

I am here to support, motivate and advise you through any aspect of your training program you desire, and with a little hard work from you and my help anything is achievable!
