We proudly serve seasonal produce with some herbs and vegetables coming
from our own organic gardens, meat and fish from local suppliers.  We source
healthy bars and cool juice drinks for your pleasure and are conscious of dietary
requirments so offer vegetarian, wheat and lactose free options. Delicious
homemade soups are always vegetarian, fat and dairy free, crusty wholemeal
bread optional.

Every day in addition, we offer 'Daily Specials' shown on the Blackboard,
produced in limited quantities so when they are gone, thats it!  But if you
fancy something from the board that you notice on your way in to workout,
just let us know and we will save it for you and have it ready when you are
ready for it - or take it with you.

We listen to our members with their varied tastes and requirements and
offer a range of dishes to appeal for either lunch, supper or pre workout
carb requirements and we encourage you to try our varied menus offering
