The Studio – Group Exercise to suit everyone

The Studio at Old Hall features a sprung maple wooden dance floor, air conditioning and a full range of equipment including top of the range Technogym spinning bikes plus steps, free weights, boxing kit and a wide range of functional training tools.

With classes throughout the day the Studio Schedule offers a wide range of classes including Boxercise, Yoga, Pump, Pilates, Zumba, Spinning and more. Classes can be booked at Reception up to 6 days in advance.

The Studio is run by Jo Gathercole who ensures that the timetable is kept not only current, but also refreshing and up to date, she is an instructor herself and is always pleased to listen to ideas and suggestions of ways to improve the Studio.
