Our newly appointed studio coordinator Jo Gathercole has been tasked with keeping the programme fresh and up to date.
“My main objective for the studio timetable is to cater for as many needs as possible, we have fun energetic classes taught by some of best instructors is chester. Group fitness is a great way to push yourself in an environment where there are lots of other people with the same goals. Music, motivation and professional instruction all of which make for a fantastic element to your fitness regime. Sometimes it doesn’t even feel like you’re exercising!! The program is constantly reviewed, keeping it fresh and new and we are always open to suggestions from our members.”
