So we can ensure your visit is as perfect as possible, here’s a few tips to ensure your time with us is extra special.

A Breath of Fresh Air

Time spent in The Spa is a chance to escape, relax, re-energise, to breathe freely.Surrounded by the beautiful Cheshire countryside with the uplifting benefit of wide ranging views and our beautiful gardens for you to stroll in, our treatments are designed to bring the ‘outdoors’ in, and restore your senses and help you chill.

So, to preserve this tranquil environment, please switch your phone to vibrate or silent when you arrive.

We are a non-smoking location.

We will ask for a £25 booking fee which can be held over on your account as long as you wish or redeemed against your treatment if you prefer, but we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or the full amount will be retained. Without 24 hours notice of cancellation, we also reserve the right to charge you in full for your missed appointment.

We recommend you book and pay for additional treatments prior to arrival to avoid disappointment, as extra treatment time cannot be guaranteed on the day, but its worth asking!

We request full pre-payment for all ‘Escape for a Spa Day’ packages. Please note that if you are running late for any of your appointments, it could eat into your treatment time or cause rescheduling

All treatments are carried out subject to completion of a brief lifestyle/skin questionnaire which we will complete with you on arrival. There might be contra indications relating to some of your treatments, but if a treatment is considered to be unsuitable, your Therapist will always try to recommend an alternative.

With The Spa established for over 20 years, our Therapists also have over 60 years of experience between them and will always try to offer you the best treatment to the best of their ability. However if you have any feedback, please discuss with us at the time and your comments will be passed directly to a Manager or Spa Director who will respond to you promptly.

Escape for a Day Spa

We suggest you arrive early to allow time for you to start to wind down and relax with a complimentary hot drink. Towelling robe, towels and slippers are provided, but you may want to bring swimwear and loose clothing if you plan to use the pools or gym.

We recommend you bring minimal jewellery as we are not responsible for loss or damage to our client’s personal belongings, however caused.

We will meet you in The Lounge and show you around while we discuss your treatments and what you can expect from your day, and we’ll give you a bespoke appointment card so you know how your time in The Spa has been planned.

Our Day Spa difference is that we offer full length treatments for all our packages, unless otherwise stated, or for a Special Offer. Its what makes us really special!

Gift Vouchers

For any occasion, our Spa Vouchers make perfect gifts.

Simply select a Spa Day or give a monetary gift Spa Voucher and let the recipient choose their own journey and treatments.

Vouchers have a two year expiry date but may not be refunded in part or full once purchased.

We are unable to refund cash in lieu of an unused amount but we will however be pleased to ‘hold over’ the unused portion against a further treatment booked at the time.

Voucher numbers are required at time of booking.
